Rosebud Sub-division

Maw Civil are consistently involved in sub division works for private enterprise. Currently our latest project is the construction of a 25 lot sub division at 278 Eastbourne Rd – in the heart of Rosebud.

The scope of works included road & pavement construction, drainage, concrete works and associated civil works in preparing the site for land development.

Through consultation with both Council and the developer Reeds Consulting, the site is now completed on budget and on time.

Building is now under way, check out the internet for the style of houses being offered.
