Rosebud Pier-Forecourt

Mornington Peninsula Shire council have granted 5.45 million dollars to reinvigorate the Rosebud precinct as part of their project- Destination Rosebud.

Part of the money was to update the aesthetics of the Rosebud Pier & Forecourt areas – namely the Car Park, Shelter & Seating, Bar-b-ques, Picnic and Playground area.

Council awarded this high-profile assignment to Maw Civil on the back of our continual high calibre of work and our excellent relationship.

The newly designed Car Park has been updated with asphalt and new age security lighting structures. The Maw Civil team also constructed a mixture of Pebble Beach aggregate concrete and Bluestone pavers. The decking was of a spotted gum origin and the modern cantilever seats with stainless steel columns and Led Lights look impressive.

The Community and holiday makers have enjoyed the areas new aesthetics immensely. Both Maw Civil and MPSC are extremely enthused on the quality of works performed within budget.
